Expect delivery in 5-7 days in the U.S. and extended time outside the U.S.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. We want all of our customers to be happy with their one of a kind purchase. Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchase please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase date.
Once we review and approve your exchange, you will need to ship back the bag and exchange it for something of your liking. You will have to pay for the shipping fee, once product is mailed back to us. Product must be in original package, unused, and in resalable condition. Once you pick your new bag we will ship it to you at our cost.
Please note all handbags that are marked on SALE, cannot be exchanged.
Additional Policies & FAQs
Please note: Our bags have natural characteristics and qualities that should not be considered as flaws or damage. If you see a loose thread, simply trim it as close as possible to the bag with fine scissors. Do not pull the thread.
